We have been fortunate enough to secure Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club as a new sponsor for the event. This is where we will have our Saturday Night catch up for the event. We have, over the past years had the dinner at the Bellevue Hotel, however due to recent unfortunate events at the Belle the bistro and dining room are unavailable for us.
We need to know who will be attending the catch up for sure on the Sat night. There will no doubt be a door prize or two like last year and it would be great to see as many of you there supporting the new venue and sponsor.
The catch with this venue will be the capability of the bistro to handle our numbers. Therefore, the Club has suggested a sort of meal selection which will be almost like an alternate drop menu at a certain amount per head. We are trying to work out costs with them so some feedback and solid numbers will help us to get this sorted. Many thanks legends!!
